Аннотация


Мақолада олий таълим тизимида софт кўникмаларни такомиллаштиришнинг ўзига хос ҳусусиятлари ҳақида сўз юритилади. Муаллиф софт кўникма тушунчасига берилган турли таъриф ва изоҳлардан келиб чиққан ҳолда кўникмаларга тегишли умумий ҳусусиятларни тавсифлайди. Мақолада софт кўникмаларнинг  иш фаолиятидаги аҳамияти ёритилиб, шу вақтга қадар яратилган халқаро таксономиялар қиёсий таҳлил қилинади.
